No. And the connection is very cheap and fussy. Not every cord will fit or stay in.

Is the lithium battery replaceable?

Like with most small rechargeable electronics, typically no. Especially since there doest seem to be any way to open it. I would recommend avoiding draining the battery completely and keep it charged to get the maximum life out of it.
