It's a good medicine but I felt it's has high pepper or tipilli... my 3.5 years kid runs to have 4 glasses of water after eating this even little. I too felt the same. But I give him with honey and then he doesn't cry and eats.

This ayurveda product is something which we family members rely on for over the years. Whenever someone is leaving the state or moving out to hostel, we make sure he/she has this lehyam in their stack of essential medical supplies. Excellent for a mild cough and cold. The container is air tight and doesn’t leak too. Easy to take, leaves a good taste in your mouth after consumption.

nice product but delivery took more than two weeks

On its own, it may help only if your cold and cough is mild. However, as someone who suffers from severe nasal and chest congestion due to phlegm, I usually take this along with other medications prescribed by my doctor. As these many not have any side effects, you should be able to consume it with other medications as long as your doctor is aware of it. I get instant relief for a while when I consume this. It tends to remove phlegm that is stuck in throat and chest. It will also help in nasal decongestion.
