Falling in Art Black Portable Light Weight French Easel Box with Adjustable Aluminum Tripod

I looked at dozens of these before selecting this beautiful black easel with aluminum legs..

It’s lightweight and sturdy, and I love it! The only problem is that the clamp for the top of the painting, to keep it from blowing away outside, holds only with a 16” or higher painting. It’s still one of the nicest easels I have, and it should hold up for years to come.

I thi k this product is fine for smaller paintings. It is a little rickety and seems like they scrimped on the quality of wood because the legs are really fragile because they start to split when you try to tighten the bolts to make the table more steady. Otherwise, it is light and easy to transport into the field.

I liked that it is well built and light, but unfortunately it was to unstable, regardless how well I tightened the butterfly screws. I had to return it because it was unusable for plein air painting.

A little awkward to carry. The legs don't stay in place very well because the magnet is not strong enough

Great purchase for college art class, very portable and easy to set up.

Already broken in really like the storage

Easy to put together and to take down. Very elegant in black. If you get paint on it, just go over it with black paint :)
