No...however, skeet choke is very close to cylinder and more open than improved cylinder. The difference in performance will be nil. Cylinder has no choke restriction and is like shooting through a straight pipe.....it is used by law enforcement with 00 buck.

Will this fit winchester model 140 12ga shotguns?

Your first step should be to run a cleaning tap down your barrel to check the correct thread diameter and measure/check against your replacement tube. They may LOOK like they fit and even tighten down, but once installed will strip upon removal. Be VERY careful here!
