Quality product
I chose this product due to the type of vitamin e used and was happy to find that these are in a glass bottle. Be mindful these softgels are longer than typical capsules but I had no problem swallowing. I have bought these several times and will continue to do so

Benefits of B6
I've been using this product for a long time. B6 is a natural diuretic; not equivalent to prescription medication, but is helpful

Reliable Brand
I've been consistently impressed with Solgar supplements; they truly deliver remarkable results. When I take them before bed, I often find that my dreams become more vivid and enjoyable. Additionally, I experience a boost of extra energy throughout the day, which helps me stay focused and productive. If you're curious about the benefits of vitamin B5, I recommend doing a quick online search—there’s so much interesting information out there!

Not sure if its effective for pregnancy vomiting
I am really not sure if this vitamin is really effective or not, to me it more like a placebo. My Dr suggested it in my 1st trimester and I kept eating it when I felt I will puke but was it really working or not is really a good question

Good price for a respected name
As much as I can, I like to order my supplements and vitamins at Amazon, with that said, I do wish a ice pack would be put in with supplements in this hot weather. I would be willing to pay a little more.

Helped with cramping pains!
My naturopath recommended taking B6 pills during my period to alleviate cramping pains and it honestly worked way better than I thought it would. Every month I have to take Aleve because the pain can get so bad (I only take pain relievers as a last resort so that says a lot), but this last month the pain and discomfort was way dialed down, almost non existent. It seems to really work for me (hopefully it works for the months ahead). The only drawback to this product is it is kind of hard to swallow. I gave it five stars because I don't have issues swallowing pills, but if you do that is probably something to consider.

I had nasty neuropathy as a side effect from some heavy antibiotics. Hospital told me to take a B6 supplement to reduce the neuropathy. Cheaper to buy on here than pay a prescription fee. These tablets worked perfectly. They're small, easy to take (don't froth up in your mouth as you take them), and don't have any particular taste or smell. The neuropathy reduced completely over a week of taking them. I don't know whether these B6 tablets are better or worse than any other brand, but they're clearly a proper, medical grade B6 tablet. You’re getting a proper B6 dose, not corn-starch and chalk.

I take it with other B vitamins instead of B-Complex. They have to be taken with vitamin C and A for assimilation and utilization and balancing or they will use up the reserved A and C.

I started taking these the first day of my last period because I wanted to improve my progesterone levels to make my luteal phase longer (time from ovulation to bleed) and now I'm pregnant. Obviously I cannot say this is what caused that, but after 18 months and with fertility issues it's a funny coincidence :) We were due to start IVF next month!
