Good buy. As advertised.

Noisy but works OK.
My God, what a noisy fan. Brand new too. Runs at just the right rpm to scream. Pretty quiet when unplugged so I'll run it that way and direct my quiet case fan over the heatsink. We will see how long it lasts.

Best one-slot, low profile card you can buy, albeit a little loud.
This card is really small. Thin and short, one slot, and low profile; this is what i needed for my small case. It runs games really well too. Ultra high settings are pushing it, but you can easily do 1080p at medium to high settings and its flawless. I game at 720p usually, and push the settings to the top, and it also works just fine for the most part. Great for my small ITX build attached to my TV. Only issue I have is that the fan is louder than I'd like. I would understand if it was loud while I was gaming, but it doesn't change the speed when I'm just watching netflix or browsing. I think there is a way I can make it do this, but I haven't figured it out yet. It's not unbearably loud, especially when I'm watching something, but if the room is silent and you are within 10 feet, you can definitely hear it. This is the trade off for what appears to be the best one slot, low profile graphics card there is right now. UPDATE: I actually ended up returning this item. Despite the fact that it is a fast card, with great in game graphics, it is way too loud for an HTPC. It never stopped spinning at full speed, whether i was in game or if the computer was idle, and you could easily hear it over a movie. I ended up taking it out and putting back in my GT 430, with is MUCH slower, however silent.
