Generous size, very sturdy.
This shower chair arrived in pieces in a box. It is VERY easy to assemble. The seat is very generous and has built-in handles to assist with standing up. It also has a slightly curved back— it’s a CHAIR, not a stool. The chair has adjustable height legs with rubber anti-slip bottoms and it is very sturdy and stable. The seat and back do have a small, slightly raised pattern texture also to aid in not slipping off the chair. I do expect to need to use a scrub brush on it to keep it clean. The shower chair is good value for the money, but while it is generous in size, it does take up a lot of space. Our free standing shower stall has a built in bench which is unsafe to sit on as it’s sloped and slippery). The chair took up too much room so we had to return it. It would probably be great in a tub shower but if you have a free-standing shower, be sure to consider the chair’s dimension when deciding! Overall, it is an excellent product.

Sturdy, easy to put together
Got this item for my fiancé so I could help him wash his hair after he had a major surgery (hes much taller than me). It was easy to put together and you can adjust the height of the legs a pretty fair amount. Its very sturdy. Great value for the price. The width of the legs were just a little too far apart for it to suction to our bathtub though, so make sure you pay attention to dimensions in case thats something you need.

Well designed & sturdy
All shower chairs are not created equal, the majority are too flimsy for the average adult. This one is the best one I've tested, not heavy in weight but it has a solid feel that give you confidence that it won't fail you and tip, twist or fail to support. Highly recommended!

Nice Chair...But
This is the 2nd shower chair that I’ve bought from Drive this year and, for the most part, I like them. The chairs are easy to assemble, big enough to hold someone of my size (5’11, 250lbs), yet, small enough to fit in an average size bathtub. However, I’m beginning to think that durability may be an issue. The first chair I purchased was an open box, but had never been used (allegedly) and it lasted about 3-4 months. One of the support poles on the back seat had snapped, so I attributed it to the fact that it was “open box”. I bought another chair of the same make & model, but this time, brand new, and now I’ve noticed a tear in the seating part after only about 3 months of use. The chair is still usable but now I have to tip it over to drain water that has accumulated inside the seating part from the tear after each shower. This shower chair is perfect for what I need/use it for (I have a below the knee amputation) but I’m starting to be concerned about durability.

Shower chair
Easy to assemble, sturdy & lightweight. Now I can shave my legs without sitting on the shower floor!!! I like that it doesn't have tall arm rests to bump into. It would be nice if it came in other colors.
