When I first open my package I had my doubts. I don't know what I was expecting but it was not a bunch of strips.. My heart fell and my husband really had doubts. So I showed him the pictures and he went to work on my grill. After he was done we were amazed. The PT Cruiser grill looked great. It looked just like the pictures. Really do recomend this product!!!

Takes some time to install. A bit thought provoking. Looks very good. I’m happy I stayed with the process. Use a hair dryer!

When I got this kit, I was very disappointed with the components. They were flat pieces of plastic which should have been shaped to fit the original grill. Looked closely at one in the neighborhood, if was all faded and had come loose of the edges. Did not install it on my PT. I will be returning it to the vendor.

The chrome strips for the 2001 PT Cruiser arrived quickly after ordering and were easy to apply. What a nice difference they make to the Cruiser grill! They give it a classy look without being too gaudy. The order through Amazon was easy and we are most happy with the results. Thankyou, Bella W.

I just received this item in the mail. It's being sold as a Chrome Grill Kit. Not the real thing! Just cut to size Plastic trimming made for something else? I'm trying to send them back for credit? Upon receiving the grille covers, I realized that they are not plates that cover the grill slots as I expected (although it isn't clarified in the description, so that's my fault for not looking further into this). Instead they are simply 3m chrome coated flexible rubberish strips that go over the grille's bars. The strips are to be installed in warm weather, so because of the cold winter months I have yet to install them. They will be a bit difficult to install, considering the fact that they will all need to be trimmed to fit nicely, and there are quite a few of them. They also are very flexible, so they need to be installed precisely to look nice; you don't want to install these while in a rush. However, I can see these lasting for a few years, with extra reassurance of the 4 year warranty (although there isn't any info about the warranty included in the packaging, so I hope the seller would follow through!). The seller is also being dishonest about the "Only two left!" statement, as they bumped their stock back up to two after I bought mine, and realistically all they would have to do is cut more 3m chrome trim from what I'm assuming is a large roll (the seller may have removed the "only two left!" statement after this review, so if you don't see it don't be alarmed). Overall I'd say these covers are nice if you're looking for a fun little project with a little bit of work involved, the covering trim itself looks great!

it is what it says if you look closely at the add. my fault for trusting all sellers on amazon. not worth the money for not much more I could have got a very nice billet grill which I did.
