The pressure cooker is alright, it works as advertised and build quality is very good. For those who don't know, Korkmaz is a very well known brand manufactured in Turkiyeh, and competes with other European brands in Asia and Europe markets. The design of this pressure cooker has some pros and cons, the main drawback is that it is more difficult to put on/off the lid. It takes some practice to do it quickly. The main advantage is that the lid is very compact and much easier to hand wash, compared to massive lids from other premium brands (BTW Korkmaz makes pressure cookers with that type of lid as well.) I saw some comments from people claiming their lid came bent or the handle fell apart. This is by design, the lid is like a bent spring so you can fit it inside the pressure cooker, and the black handle can be dismantled with a simple screw. It is not a defect.

So firstly the package came fast with some damage to packaging. But the product was safe..then I had to spend good 15 min to figure out how to open it as I am using this type for first time. I couldnt find any online video for this brand but luckily found a similar brand video, INOXRIV..so that helped. Once I opened it, I found some flyer inside 😆 ..not sure if its a manual though..so seller can improve that. Was tricky to close it but nothing deal breaking you will learn as you go. This picture is my first use..some leakage from side of the lid for first few seconds but then it was fine not sure if it happens always. Good built just now will figure out cook times as it does heats up quick n real nice.

This product is so cheaply manufactured the lid handle broke after using it only 3 times. The company is abroad and their customer service never answered my email. Do not buy!

Cooking is fast but functionality is strange

Lid is tricky getting on and off. Also seems like for price you could have pressure gauge. I would also like more distinctive whistle to know to start timer. That being said it is a solid quality pot just takes some trial and error. Always err on the side of MORE liquid. Had one huge burnt mess once however oven cleaner worked its magic

I've used it like 10 times. I love it and I love this design for being safe and easy to use.

The product looks good , but the internal box was broken in three spots and the purchase was supposed to be a gift. I could not contact the seller since it left Amazon. I was forced to ask a return even though my preference was a replacement or a partial refund.
