Turkish coffee maker only worked for about 6 months !

Bought this Turkish coffee maker for my son for Xmas last year & he loved it but it worked for about 6 months then it just started to pour out to much coffee all at the same time ..does not work properly now..thought it was a nice gift but very expensive to work only 6 months !!

I was deceived by the wrong description of the devise advertised details

I was deceived by the wrong description of the devise that the machine operates on USA electric 120 volts turns out it does not work but by 240 volts and I had to buy a step up transformer.Shipment arrived 10 days after the expected delivery dateI had to pay additional $80 to buy a transformer for the machine to operate.I am so happy with this innovation .The machine is perfect and worth the huddles I went through.I am still missing a warranty for the machine I need to buy one from Amazon as it was not offered to me.

Turns on, on its own

Weirdly turns on and starts cleaning cycle on its own at random times but other than that makes good coffee

It took me three or four cups to figure out exactly how much coffee to use and for the machine to start working perfectly, but since then everything works perfectly and as described.
