Can’t really say that is very effective because didn’t really see a change, however my kids love it, it’s not unpleasant for them and brushing teeth became a pleasure. The melon one is the best for us, you can still feel the taste of mint which is refreshing, easy to use, but is way too expensive for the quantity you get. If you expect pain relief from a tooth paste then you’re not going to get it, a dentist will definitely help.
