ARGENTINA MATE GOURD YERBA TEA WITH STRAW BOMBILLA 0035

This gourd works perfectly for my mate.

There are people who say this is "super size" who are verified. There are people who say this is small.... Small is exactly what this is. I'm completely disappointed. I was hoping to have a mate gourd/cup and a better quality straw like I've seen people around my area sharing. This is so tiny, I'd be finished with the drink before I even started! It's cheap made...I Guess I didn't realize it was by "All Top Bargains" when I ordered it. It's a gourd, a metal top, a straw.... Looks like the picture, but the picture has no scale. I really hope to return this, as it's unused, and buy one that's bigger for my family to share.

We bought two of these, gold and maroon, for my daughter for a birthday present. We were very excited to find the mate tea cups on amazon but disappointed with the product. Unfortunately, the inside is such that they cannot be used for drinking. They are attractive as decorations but not for drinking as we had expected. My daughter is familiar with these drnking vessels and had not seen one with an inside like this.

takes a bit of work to get it seasoned and the stainless steel straw.. got stained or rusted very easily, but this worked great for trying yerba and makes a nice side gift.

This gourd is small. The metal band at the top is soft metal & I put a crinkle in it as I scraped the inside in the initial cleaning of the gourd. I like and use this mate (both the gourd and the stuff you put in the gourd to make tea are called mate). The bombilla works.

I've been using this for quite a few years now. I still love it and drink mate out of it just about everyday!

This is very different and is pretty cool to have. My son says he gets some small particles of tea even through the straw, but he will even strain the tea first then drink it from the gourd if you don't care to have any particles.
