My 8 year old daughter begged me to buy her one of these after playing with a friend's. I do like that it exercises her brain when she uses the included cards showing different animals and things that can be made from the shaped blocks. She also like taking it completely apart and putting it back together into a cube. The magnets aren't super strong so it is easy for her to move the pieces.

I originally got this for my daughter as part of her restaurant bag, but both my husband and I have enjoyed this toy! The magnets are fun to put together and challenging for us, and our toddler loves stacking them.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my son who uses fidget toys at school for his autism. I was expecting something similar to what he already has--- a very simple puzzle that can be solved in a minute or two. This is actually quite challenging. There are so many possibilities that it took him a bit to figure it out. It's perfect for cooling off after a meltdown because it holds his concentration well. It even comes with a deck of cards that shows different shapes that you can make. It has two difficulty levels because it shows which pieces you need, but you could ignore that to make it more challenging.

Everyone in the family enjoyed putting it back together. Great challenge. Well made and sturdy.

This is a great open ended toy for kids. I’d wait until your child is out of the put-everything-in-their-mouth phase though. My boys love all sorts of magnets, but these are slightly more popular than the tiles in our house since they can also build “trucks” and “robots” and the like. Looks and works exactly as described. Fast shipping.

Under 5 years old do not recommend. They are very tiny pieces and could choke on them. Not worth the price for how many you actually got in the box. I got them yesterday and they have already broke. Very disappointed. I don't recommend buying these at all.
