These resistance bands are durable and made from good quality materials. I did not want bands that were predominantly rubber because I did not want the rubber to pinch my skin when I used them. These bands have a cloth-like texture to them which means they glide over your skin rather than stick to it, causing irritation or pinching. Each band has an obvious different level of resistance and they come with a storage pouch. Convenient to transport other places. Great deal for the money.

I purchased these bands because of the three different sizes for training my PT clients. I didn't realize until I received them that they were three different strengths, but it works out PERFECTLY as the smaller is the strongest and the largest the least. My clients and I absolutely LOVE them!! We use them for all kinds of activation and burn-out glute exercises as well as for banded squats, hip thrusts, bridges. & our new favorite...resisted push-ups, by wrapping the larger band around the upper arms. They are so well made I can see they will last for a very very long time and come with a carry bag for added protection. Yet you can still register for a Lifetime Replacement Warranty! This family owned company has the BEST customer service and are truly dedicated to their products & customers!! If, for any reason, you have a problem with a product they will make it right by replacing it for free or issuing a full refund, which I guarantee you will never be requesting once you receive one of their products. And did I mention their reasonable pricing?? I've since received a pair of their knee sleeves which are also of great quality. This is definitely my go to company for my weightlifting toolbox.

The quality is excellent and these bands have some strips of nonslip rubber on the inside which is a nice touch to prevent the band from slipping while in use. As a personal trainer I use these bands with clients and the are MUCH easier to get on and the fabric material and width of the bands make them 1000x’s more comfortable for clients to use. This is a dirt cheap price for 3 bands! The carry pouch is a nice professional touch.

I like them, there sturdy. I have to say I struggle with the fabric, I like a basic power band normally but I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with these material ones. There different but the work well

There are tons of fabric bands you can buy, but I'm glad I chose these. As a personal trainer, I like to keep a large variety of fitness bands. I really like the rubber on the inside that prevent it from moving and down as you exercise. I keep the travel bag in my gym bag and find myself reaching for it often. If you are more advanced or need higher resistance, you'll be using the small loop a lot. Love these!

I purchased these bands because my other bands did not provide enough resistance for me and I wanted something better that would actually challenge me (especially during quarantine). These bands provided me with the resistance I had been searching for with the added comfort of them being fabric. They smelled for a few days after opening but I let them air out and the smell eventually faded. Other reviews suggested washing them to ride the smell as well. My bf was concerned they would be abrasive to the skin but I haven't had any issues. I have used these bands several times on different body parts since purchasing and so far no complaints. TLDR: If you're looking for mini-resistance bands that actually provide resistance and are comfortable during movements - these are them. I recommend.

I ordered these to use during my lower- body HIIT workouts. They're great! The larger size I haven't used because I'm pretty small and it wouldn't work very well for the resistance I need, but the small and medium ones work great! So great I had a difficult time waking the next day 😄 The material is thick and if good quality, I don't see these wearing down from too much wear, but if they do they have a lifetime warranty!
