These are great. It became a pain with the roll cutting and sealing and filling and vacuum sealing. These, just fill and vacuum seal. Easy peasy. Mainly use to separate meat I buy from the big club stores.

These vacuum sealer bags work great. Originally, I ordered 2 sizes. This size works best, and extremely well, for my family. We use them often for such items as 1/2 onion or 1/2 apple, or other similar fruits or veggies, which then stay good (as in edible) longer than they do in plastic wrap or plastic bags. They are also great for small serving-sized packets of steak, hamburger, chicken, pork, salmon, etc., that are destined for the freezer. They work so well that I ordered another pack of 100 well before the first package was depleted!

Initial review = 1 Star Updated Review = 5 Star I initially wrote a bad review on these because the bags were leaking. I was having tears and leaks constantly. I think that it may have been from poor handling of the bags (I use them for storing filament) and poor sealing. These are tough bags. I found that switching my vacuum sealer to double seal in one go resolved ALL of my issues. In handling them better, I’ve stopping having tears. Yes, I could have had several bad bags from factory and my initial issues were legit, but I think it was all down to my own inexperience in vacuum sealing. Will definitely buy these going forward. I suck the dickens out of these bags and can reuse them several times for filament as they are quite large. Would definitely recommend. Any issues may be have are likely what my problems were… user error.

I have been using these WEVAC vacuum sealer bags in different sizes for several years and I have never been disappointed. I have sometimes cut them and seal one side to adjust to a specific size. I use the larger ones (6x10) to freeze different foods including avocados. I peel, remove the pit, cut into portions (1/4 or 1/3 of an avocado depending on size). I then insert 3 or 4 portions in the bag, vacuum seal, and freeze. When I need avocado I cut the bag, get the portion/s I need and reseal the bag. SO EASY. I also occasionally use the small 4x6 to store single portions. I do the same to store specific foods for birds, like mix nuts, etc. They arrive to me in large bags (2-5 pounds), sometimes vacuumed seals. Once you open the large bag the content will turn bad after a while. I resize the large bag into more convenient smaller size vacuum seal bags. I also freeze homemade sliced bread. I do not use the vacuum/seal option because it crushes the bread. I use the "vacuum" only option where I can control how much air to remove and then use the "seal" option. Functionality, ease of use, value for money, quality.... It's all there.

These are great and just the right size for a Chicken breast. Could squeeze in two but one works very well. I like that you can write on bag. I use in my sous vide and seals well. Will try other sizes too.
