I was not sure how to use these until just recently! I am not a big fan of natural remedies but I am getting more and more involved with them and have found a lot of pain reduction using simple remedies. These stones are one of them. They are simple to use and feel amazing!Packaging:The product came well packaged and in a nice box. They also came with instructions and a soft carrying bag.Quality:Good quality stones that come in multiple sizes. They are simple and nice quality.Usage:These are extremely easy to use; they allow you to self-ease tension and pain in your body.Some people might know other terms for these such as coining, scraping or spooning, but they all relate to the same technique.These stones are used to relieve minor muscle or joint pain. It is supposed to release unhealthy elements from injured or tight areas by stimulating blood flow.To Use:Lubricate the foot thoroughly with oil or another substance that has some fluidity.Use the foot stone of your choice and place pressure on the trouble areaContinually stoke the lubricated skin over the area until satisfiedLike most massage tactics, this needs to be done multiple times a week to obtain desired results.Having Plantar Fasciitis has given me a plethora of different foot discomfort, these stones have allowed me much needed relief and I would highly recommend them as a solution to try before undergoing more expensive treatments!

I was a bit hesitant in buying this product because it stated that the total weight was .48 ozs which would make this tools pretty flimsy. But for price I took my chance and figured it they were that bad I would just returned them. They came in within 24hrs and they weigh in at 8.70 ozs just a little over a half of a pound. The tear drop shaped tool is a bit small but the rest seem ok. I work as a massage therapist which means I usually have lotion on my clients as you would need to use as well with these tools. I am just hoping the small tear drop tool stays in place of my hand since it is small. All the tools came in their own drawstring bag which is great if you only want to transport one or two. For the price this product seems worth it. They are definitely breakable if dropped on a hard surface. I dropped on my carpet and it was fine. There is a little pamphlets which gives you generally information on use and benefits including contraindications. I definitely would recommend this product 👌.

This product is exactly as described. The stones came nicely packaged and arrived on time. Each stone had its own little bag.Each stone was nicely polished and each had a different shape.I had to do done research into how to use these stones but once I did it was amazing.

I purchased this specifically for my feet and this was the first set I’ve ever owned. I couldn’t believe for a few more dollars I was able to buy this whole set compared to other brands.Great quality and the various shapes offers you many angles and uses. It’s nice that they each come with a soft velvet bag. I highly recommend this set.

These are nicely cut stone gua sha tools with smooth sides and they work nicely on the skin.I suggest the mini booklet have larger print because even with my glasses it is impossible to read.

Love these .... but their fragile. And when your hands get oily they may slip out of your hands 😢 which happened to me but otherwise I love them! You don’t have to spend a fortune on stones! Loved the price too

Have been reading up and researching gua sha. Loves these little tools for tight muscles. May have over done it when I first used it. Was bruised on arms, legs and hips for a week. Since I’ve been using I don’t bruise like I did after first use. Sometimes there is slight bruising which seems to be normal. These have seemed to replace using the stick and foam roller for tight muscles. Easier to use and really hit those tight spots.

Gua Sha is a wonderful technique and these tools are cheap and pretty nice quality. Definitely a lot of different grips/shapes for getting at different areas. Great Value

I was disappointed that these gua sha tools were obviously not brand new ones, there are multiple mark's on them , especially at areas where they are being handled/ used/ massaged.
