These were exactly as advertised we used them to try to scare away all the geese that kept landing on our boat and pooping all over it unfortunately that didn’t solve that problem, but these were exactly as advertised

I bought these while making a Medusa costume. The sizes and appearance were nice and worked well. I messed up by spray painting them a different color; the paint wouldn’t dry & they stayed gummy. Not the manufacturers fault though, my bad.

I tried snap traps and poison. Still cannot get these rodents out of my house. My next door neighbor told me he used glue traps and had no luck. My Last hope someone suggested fake snakes. Oddly enough I put them all around by my basement door & so far no scratching being heard throughout the night. if this works long term I will be happy not have to use poison or traps again.

Bought these hoping to deter a pack of ducks landing in my pool area. It didn't work but my review isn't based on that. Overall quality isn't that great but you get what you pay for. I would say 2-3 of the snakes are realistic looking the rest of them aren't. Most of the snakes are pretty small. And they start to melt and break apart if left in the sun for any prolonged period of time. I ended up throwing them away a few weeks after purchasing them.

I must have some really ferocious squirrels where I live (Virginia). I had some potted veggies and herbs on a patio that a squirrel kept digging in. Someone recommended I get some plastic snakes or a plastic owl to scare them off. These look really good - and there's a few really long, lifelike snakes in this set. One of these looked so lifelike that actually scared a contractor I had doing some work out by my patio, but as far as that darn squirrel goes, he not only dug up my basil plant but he threw the snake out of the pot. Maybe he's really a mongoose and not a squirrel - one thing is sure, these didn't scare him, but I still like them.

We used to have a terrible time with birds nesting on two of our front porch pillars and above our front door. It was a battle between us and the birds every year. Bird spikes were useless, the birds used them as a framework to make even more secure nests, lol Then I bought these snakes and we have been bird free ever since! I put the longest one above our front door (there's an indentation, so it's hidden from view) and coil a smaller snake on each of the end pillars where the birds liked to nest. Because we live in Georgia and our front porch gets afternoon sun, I generally replace the smaller snakes a time or two during the year (the rubber breaks down), but the large one stays put. Every year I just order a new pack, put out the fresh snakes, and we're good to go! If you're struggling with keeping the birds away, I highly recommend!
