Quality need improvement

This product helped me with - 1) Keeping my mind calm. Shows affect in about 15 minutes of taking it. 2) Lowers anger 3) Helps get a good night's sleep Notes: ------- # If I had too much to drink the previous night, taking it the next morning shows reduced effect. # I had taken it with alcohol and it still works without any side affect. Which is really great. # The effect starts wearing off after about 4 - 5 hours. # Doesn't seem to improve focus and concentration. At least not in my case. But I still consider it essential given the other benefits I'm gaining from it. # Taking it with Aswaganda seems to increase it's affect.

I used this medicine but I did not feel much difference. This is an advertised product of Amazon. It is just for show but its use is not improving anything.
