Too big. Hard for me to swallow

I take this for dry eyes at the recommendation of my dermatologist, and also think it might help with inflammation overall. I'm not using it for pain relief so I can't comment on that.

I have been taking Flaxseed oil for 9 years now. After my gastric bypass, Everything changed. I needed more fiber but cannot eat enough food each day to keep the nutrients absorbed in my body. I have been a customer of Pipping Rock for many years so it isn't surprising that I order several supplements from them. I started with one gel capsule each day, but a few months ago, I have upped it to twice a day. That was the solution for me. I feel better and my intestines thank me for it too.
