Effective and easy to use
This is a great product. It's fine and mixes really well with water. I much prefer the taste of this the flavoured versions. Easy to drink or sprinkle over food and effective.

Don’t knock until you try it
To be honest I didn’t think this product would work as I am trying to loose weight. I have tried many products without success so I’m not looking for a quick fix just something that will help me and works. I put this in yogurt, porridge, milkshake. And it does keep me full for a longer period of time so no snacks or picking at food It helps towards weight loss.

Works a Treat making Gluten-Free Bread
I found this easy to use when making gluten-free bread. It gave me an elastic, kneadable dough, unlike anything else I have tried, and the finished loaf was a good texture. It is natural and high fibre. It also didn’t discolour the loaf which I have heard can happen with some brands. I am very pleased.
