These are very good quality made sandals that have help up well to being used out in the yard, beach, and jetties. Best of all they are very stylish for going out in town as well. In regards to being used out at the beach and yard, they wash quite easy and dry well. They don't retain any odors and unless you got some paint or something similar, the stains come right off. The grip on these sandals are also quite impressive compared to other sandals I've used in the past. And although I don't recommend this, unless you're used to handling this type of environment, they don't slip too easy on wet sea weed on the jetties as well. So far, I love them, and my wife thinks they look nice as well. They are very comfortable (as you can probably tell by all the places I have mentioned I use them at), have great bend where its needed, and soft on the feet. Highly recommend!

I swim twice a week and was searching for a comfortable, durable, and good-looking pair of flip-flops when I found these GUBARUN sandals. They absolutely hit the mark for me. In fact, this is my third time ordering the EXACT same sandal so I felt it was high time to finally write a review. My first reorder was because I lost one on a trip (okay, my grandson later told me he had seen his sister throw it out of the car window). And my next reorder was so I could keep one pair in my pool bag and have another pair in my closet for summer casual wear. I usually dread breaking in new sandals, but these were comfortable right out of the box. The cushioning feels great under my feet, and the arch support is a huge plus—I often wear them all day without any aches or chafing. The thong part is surprisingly soft and doesn't rub between my toes at all. They also are really well-made with excellent arch support. In addition to the pool, shower, and locker room, I've worn them to the beach, to social events, long walks, and just for running errands. They've held up perfectly and the simple design goes with everything from shorts to swim trunks. So if you're looking for a reliable and comfortable pair of flip-flops for the summer, I highly recommend giving these a try!

UPDATE: Two years later and I am still wearing these! Let me start off by saying I live in Hawaii and wear slippers (flip flops) on a daily basis, every time I leave the house. I've work good and bad brands, cheap and expensive. These feel really well made. They're sturdy, have good traction and arch support, and fit the foot nicely. The straps hold the foot in place well so it doesn't feel like they're "flip flopping" around when I walk. Compared to the "softer" soled slippers (yoga mat material), these are way more comfortable and feel like they'll maintain that comfort instead of wearing down over time. The pictures make them look pretty gaudy and ugly but honestly in person they don't seem that bad. My only complaint is that the toe strap is a little too far forward for me (hits where the big toe knuckle is instead of the toe webbing area). Note: a lot of people complain about a break in period or blisters. I haven't had any issues with that at all and I've worn them every day since I bought them.

The material feels very soft on the feet and does not cause any irritation, even with extended use. The heel cushioning is excellent and provides enough shock absorption for daily walking and casual outdoor use.

Son said the straps were too tight when they were new but have loosened and are comfy now.
