This seriously does something. I'm an ex smoker and I've developed asthma that's relatively well controlled. But I have something else going on with my breathing now too that starts up every now and then and it isn't the same as asthma. Where my throat isn't swollen, the air gets through it, but the air just doesn't want to continue down below my neckline and into my chest, and no amount of asthma medications help it. My chest will literally ache with me trying to suck the air in deep enough to get a full breath. Taking these pills actually helps it though. I was just trying whatever things I could think of without anything helping, but then I tried this and it actually worked amazingly well. So now whenever that breathing problem kicks in, whatever it is, I start taking these twice a day and have to use these for a couple weeks. If I stop taking them before then the problem usually starts back up the day after and I have to start using these again. So I don't know what these do, or how they're doing it, or what they're even helping with, but they definitely do something for lung health..

I have not taken Lung Cleanse long enough to fully determine its effectiveness. However, I do find I have a little less effort to breathe when active. I hope to find continued use will bring continued effect.

We live in an area where we have dramatic changes in weather , temperatures, ,and humidity. The allergens seem to bother me more each year too, ending up with sinus issues and coughing. This supplement brings relief, and clarity for my lungs. I am pleased!
