Well it's so far so good. They don't hurt my stomach, seems like they are absorbed better than normal vitamins. I like to do 2 in the morning and 2 later on. Has almost everything you need unless you have any extra things you need a higher dose of. Not absurdly high doses and I like the fact it's derived from real food sources rather than chemically made supposedly. Who knows, but my stomach likes it more.

I really like the ingredients list here. I bought the men's version as I always do though I'm a woman bc I don't want the iron in most women's versions. This is 4 capsules, recommended to split into 2 doses though I don't. I love that there aren't mega doses of B vitamins as that causes acne for me and anxiety for some people.I don't love the earthy/spicy smell but it's tolerable. I do wish the alpha gpc would be dropped and the CoQ10 increased to a dose that's actually sufficient, at least 100mg, but that's just my opinion. I can't take alpha gpc, Phosphatidylcholine, carnitine, or choline daily bc I don't have the liver enzyme that finishes metabolizing it so I take it a few days on/off cycling it with another multivitamin without those ingredients. They don't include enough to be of benefit iirc, but any is too much for people like me to take daily.

I think these are working fine. No digestive upset, etc. Of course, you never know how multi’s are going to affect you, but when you read the label, understand that many of the ingredients are extremely over the RDA for practically any age group. This one in particular has so much vitamin A that I would never take the recommended 2 capsules a day. So I get 2 months for 1 bottle. No complaint there.

Even a six day staycation from work did not help my stress and energy levels. As background, I drink plenty of water through the day and prioritize whole foods and veggies. It seemed like an affordable swiss army knife for my concerns. I also liked the lack of fillers.On first opening the bottle it has a very fresh, herby scent that helps wake you up. Maybe it’s the rosemary and basil? The bottle recommends taking two capsules twice a day, so that’s how I’ve been taking it (with breakfast and dinner). They’re a reasonable size, no harder to swallow than an Aleve liquid gelcap.I didn’t expect to notice a difference immediately. However, mere hours after taking the first two pills, I walked into a stressful work experience. I had just clocked in and a colleague from another team jumped on me to say that a change I had implemented was causing issues. His director was also involved and looking at me like I was a criminal. Rather than get defensive or immediately feel stressed and overwhelmed (I hadn’t even gotten to my desk yet!) I started asking questions to troubleshoot the issue. It turns out my changes did not cause the problem, and normally I’d be annoyed that people jumped to conclusions that I’d done something wrong, but I kept on trucking. It was also my day to handle any issues that came in for my team, on top of my growing to do list, and I noticed mid day I wasn’t as frustrated as I normally would be despite constant interruptions.I’ve only taken 5 full days of this multivitamin at the time of this review. I am waking up more rested after fewer hours of sleep. I have more energy during the day, am less irritable, and I’m not completely wiped out when I leave work for the day. I still need an early afternoon coffee, but it doesn’t seem to disrupt my sleep like it used to. Today is Sunday and I woke up on my own after 7 hours of sleep and got out of bed to tackle chores. I feel more like myself and I hope this keeps up.

Listen, I did a lot of research trying to find a quality multivitamin that wouldn't break the bank. Something with real folate, K2 instead of K1, D3, probiotics...this list went on. I was skeptical about this one due to limited reviews at the time I ordered, but it checked all the boxes and the price was decent so I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did!! The ingredient list speaks for itself but here's what the label won't tell you: The capsules arrived in great condition, no breakage or messy powder in the bottle like I saw complaints of in other capsule reviews. There is no foul odor or taste. Capsules are a reasonable size and easy to swallow. And they make you feel great!! My energy levels are up and sustained throughout the day, my digestive health has improved, I'm more mentally alert and focused, even my hair is growing faster and I can't say for sure but I swear it's gotten thicker. I do not take the full dose of 4 capsules because it felt like overkill, I take 2 a day and feel fantastic. Highly recommended.

I'm sure these are very fine vitamins and they did work; however, I had nightmares and vivid dreams. I'd rather not have the dreams so will find another source for vitamins.

Energy levels immediately went up. Mood went up, everything just feels different when I take these. It does have a bit of an odd taste but nothing unbearable. No issues with the smell or quality. They might be hard to swallow for some because of the size.
