Amazing vitamins – I feel the difference! I’ve been taking Garden of Life Vitamin Code Women for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I feel so much better! I have more energy during the day, my mood has improved, and even my hair and skin look healthier. I love that these vitamins are natural and made from whole foods. They don’t upset my stomach like other vitamins I’ve tried. The capsules are easy to take, and I really like that they also support digestion with probiotics and enzymes. Highly recommend them – I will definitely keep buying!

My feedback is really positive because I feel good taking this supplement. The whole food nutrients and probiotics make me confident in its quality. Being gluten-free and non-GMO is a plus. It supports my digestion and overall energy levels. Just wish it had a bit more iron, but overall, I recommend it for daily health.

Garden of Life makes very high-quality products. I am a member of a consumer watchdog group that does research on supplements (ConsumerLab.com), and Garden of Life NEVER comes up on the "not recommended" list. I love Garden of Life products. This is one of the few vitamins I can take that my body will absorb, due to Leaky Gut Syndrome. I do not find taking two pills twice a day too difficult to remember. Having chronic health problems makes me very aware of my body all the time. Thanks to some fine Garden of Life vitamins and other GOL products, my health is greatly improved. They are very thoughtful in their recipes: They put probiotics and digestive enzymes in their vitamins - they did this before we even knew that gut health is most important; they put vitamin D3 (a respectable dose) and vitamin K in their vitamins for calcium absorption - and they put calcium in there too; they put molybdenum in their formula - which is handy for removing toxins; they even put an antioxidant in their vitamins! It's like one-stop shopping. It really is more than a vitamin - this is good for you on so many levels. They are quite simply the best vitamins I have ever found. They are very friendly to people suffering from candida overgrowth. One in three people have candida overgrowth - it's like a silent epidemic (it doesn't help that 99.97% of all doctors refuse to talk about it). It seems like the creators of Garden of Life are helping us - and probably 95% of people taking the vitamins do know have the knowledge to appreciate the ingredients and the benefits they will reap from taking those ingredients. I hope nothing changes with Garden of Life - I never begrudge the money I spend on their products. (Their probiotics are off the hook!) Thank you Garden of Life people - and please, do not change.

I researched vitamins and chose this brand because of LabDoor which is a site I refer to when I want to know about vitamin and supplement quality. It was tested and found to have as much or more than, each component listed and also not to contain any harmful substances which many times are included in vitamins as fillers. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I wish you didn't have to take 4 capsules a day. Wish there was a way to take less, but I put the bottle by my toothbrush holder so I have no problems remembering to take it morning and night. I have never written a review on Amazon before but wanted to about these vitamins. Each month for about 10 months in a row, I found myself catching a cold or virus of some type. Also, I was losing quite a bit of hair and it was become frizzy. There was no major change in my health to be causing this and I was a regular exerciser and for the most part ate a healthy diet. I visited my GYN and she tested my hormone levels and my thyroid--which came back fine. I was taking a high quality probiotic but it wasn't helping. However, I was not taking a supplement at the time and decided perhaps I should start. I chose this one. I have been taking them for 2 months now and haven't been sick once since I started them. Within about 4-5 weeks of taking them I began to notice a difference in the way I felt. Just overall better--more energy, not tired at the end of the day, etc. But the biggest change for me was that my hair began growing in again (my hairdresser noticed it before I did) and now 8 weeks in, I am noticing a difference in my hair and my complexion. I have had people ask me what I am using on my hair and skin. I am not saying this is a miracle vitamin. Just that it obviously provided me with vitamins that I was in need of. I have taken supplements before and never noticed any difference. I believe its because this product is of high quality. I also like that it includes a probiotic which is another thing I need and the fact his one includes that, means one less pill I have to take. Also, these are capsule form so if you have trouble with swallowing pills you can open these and mix in your smoothie or juice, etc. However, the capsules are not big in comparison to many other vitamins so I have no problem with swallowing them. I have recommended these to many friends in the last month.
