Very good product. Its been 45 days now and I have charged only twice. The charge retention potential is very good. Also, it is quiet during operation.Looks wise, it is very attractive and fits 3 and 5 gallon water bottles very well (the fit is not tight like a bottle cap, just remove the cap and place it on top of the bottle). The pipe quality is very good; it is flexible and does not allow growth of moss inside. Cleaning is a breeze, just soak the pipe in hot water and run hot water through it. It becomes shiny clean; fresh like new. The steel pipe has a small silicon end insert, which avoids water scaling near the mouth.Controls are very easy to operate and the while LEDs on the buttons are good for eyes during night when operating without light. It can be charged via a micro USB cable and the green charging indicator is good.

I like that it does not need to be charged very often. The motor gets a little louder when the bottle of water is near empty which is good because I know to add it to the shopping list.

This pump works really well and the battery seems like it holds a charge forever. The tube is long enough and gets almost every last drop out of the bottle.It is a little loud so I took one star for that but it's not a deal breaker for me.

This is awesome, simply charge, attach suction tube and it is ready. It does not "attach" to a 5 gallon water bottle, but sets on top, but have had no trouble with that. I have probably used six 5 gallon water bottles so far and have not had an issue or had to charge it either. And it is very sleek looking.

I am so bummed that this water pump seemed to be working quite well until unfortunately today I heard a noise coming from my kitchen that sounded like running water so when I came inside to check if I left the sink on, the pump had gone off by itself and water was pouring all over the sink! The on/ off switch wouldn't turn off and I had to take the pump out of the water bottle to stop the overflowing. It kept doing this for about 30 min so my husband said to throw it away. Thank goodness it did not flood onto my new hardwood floors and thankfully I was home to stop it or the whole 5 gallon would have flooded! It's past the return date so I am going to throw it away. Bummer :(

This little pump is absolutely excellent for the money. It seems to run forever on a single charge! And it’s so much less expensive than buying a big water cooler. I haven’t yet found a jug that it doesn’t fit, and the tube is long enough for taller or shorter jugs. This thing has been a lifesaver, as I live in a rental that has some pretty nasty water as well as limited space.

It works good. Noisy when pumping water and the power light tends to stay on red even after a full charge. I keep mine plugged in all the time and the power light still stays on red most of the time. It works though so I kept it.

I take meds every morning and our water needs to be softened with salt which leaves it with a very high mineral taste if left overnight. I bought a 5 gallon reusable jug, refill it at the grocery store, and this product fits perfectly on top. I have fresh water every morning now. It is a little noisy when the battery starts to loose charge but still pours really consistently. It came charged out of the package and got me through one bottle easily. When fully charged it is much quieter.
