It has an adjustable seat and adjustable modes and also comes with a screen display for speed, calories burnt, etc. It's easily maintainable too as it comes with instructions and a tool kit.. I did it by myself... Ordering this and it's installation was a breeze! My family uses it daily to keep up with our fitness routine.. Great way to do cardio! Recently bought this elliptical cross trainer and its working without any issues.
