This product worked for me immediately to help my MCAS symptoms. I tried switching to a more well known brand and immediately knew I’d made a grave mistake and reordered this immediately. I take two with every meal and if I have emergency symptoms, I take 3. This is a great product and best bang for your buck.

Recently discovered, I may have histamine intolerance. After researching natural ways to help my body get rid of excess histamine I bought this product. Along with implementing a diet lower in histamines and taking two pills in the morning, plus vitamin C, I find my usual allergy like symptoms (sneezing, sinus issues and itchy face) have been greatly reduced. I have experienced some tummy troubles so I switched to taking one pill in the morning and one pill in the evening. I feel much better and found that it helps reduce allergy like symptoms even more. Some other reviews did mention neck pain, which I am experiencing, but I’m not sure if it’s related to taking this product. Overall, I would recommend this product for histamine intolerance, along with a low histamine diet.

I started feeling the classic signs of a pre-cold right before a trip, so I got these and started taking them right away. I don’t know if it was luck or the combo of ingredients, but I ended up not getting sick- which never happens to me once I feel it coming on. I’m not claiming this is some magical cure, but I definitely feel like it gave my immune system the support it needed. The tumeric + black pepper is great for inflammation, and I’ve heard good things about quercetin for immune defense. It’s not magic, but it’s a solid boost if you take it early enough. Will definitely keep these stocked for travel days or when I’m starting to feel something coming on. Great product!

I am all about anti-inflammatory supplements and I regularly take turmeric and bromelain. I eat pinapple for bromelain properties of it as well but sometime, its not easy to, sometimes I forget! when I found this combination of supplements, I got so happy. I am usually not a big fan of a supplement that combines various things. But Vimerson Health has done it right. This combo has quercetin as well which we may think is just for swelling etc, but its because of its anti-inflammatory property of it. So, I now but this on regular basis as part of my anti-inflammatory diet and for immune boosting purpose. I also like that it is gluten-free, soy and Dairy-free because for many these are inflammatory. shout out for adding the black pepper, because it adds to the power of absorption. The size of capsules are same as most supplements and easy to swallow. It has a good quality cap and I have not gotten any side effect at all.
