With several purchases during the last 3 years I can say this product works! Over the winter my skin doesn’t dry out and itch as it has in the past. That’s my biggest benefit.Take daily as directed. Easy to swallow, no stomach upset. Availability is sometimes an issue. I have used other brands In its place but this is my favorite.I will continue to purchase this product when it is available.

I started using this product about three days ago and the results are amazing . Ive tried about every product on the market to help aleviate my knee pain but nothing has helped until now. My knees feel wonderful already . Wow. Would highly recommend at least trying this collagen if you have knee pain as i do.

Overall good supplement bit leaves unpleasant aftertaste.

I started being more health conscious in 2019, eating better and taking supplements. None of my joints were great but my knees were terrible. I'd been taking fish oil, but wanted something else to help. I started with collagen powder, which was great, but I didn't always feel like eating or drinking it, so I looked for collagen pills.I tried a few brands at first, but I didn't know notice much difference and/or the serving sizes were ridiculous, so I ended up finding this brand. I liked the price, the bottle size, and it was only three average- sized pills a day. After the first bottle, I was feeling better, so I added it to my subscribe and save and took it for almost a year. I was also losing weight at the same time, so that could have accounted for some of the improvement on my joints.At least, that's what I thought until it was unavailable a few months back. I went back on the hunt for a new pill, and remembered how frustrating it was the first time. I ended up trying two more brands. One did absolutely nothing for my joints, and the other (from a brand I have other stuff I like from) was a little bit better, if I literally doubled the serving, which was 6 horse pills a day. Even though I'd ordered the new pills before these ones ran out, the difference was stark. My knees started randomly aching doing nothing. I had to start being careful on the stairs I was taking every day at work. If I stepped weird, my knee would be sore for days. Suffice it to say, once these were available again, I bought a year's supply. True to form, within 3-4 days of taking them, my knees improved.As for it helping my nails, I've always had strong nails. However, I do them 2 or 3 times a month and I notice the growth as I have to shape them every time. Regarding my hair, it's always been thick, but it's also curly, so it's harder to notice growth.TLDR - Of the 5 or 6 collagen pill brands that I've tried, these are the best at improving my joints. They're also a good price and bottle/serving size. I will buy them as long as they're effective and available.

Not having used this supplement before, we decided to take 1/2 dose, and that seems to be having a positive effect with no side effects. We have only been using this product for a month, so we'll see if the good progress continues.

How can there be "90 servings" per the front label when the serving on the back label is specified as "3 capsules" ? There are 180 capsules in the bottle. If I take the 3 ea. day that's 60 servings. I just got the supplement delivered and I don't see how I'm to know if I should be taking 2 or 3 capsules daily. I want the manufacturers of the supplements I take daily to know how to do simple math and proofread copy.
