Wacces® 11pcs. Resistance Bands Extreme Excersise Fitness Workout

I read all the reviews before deciding to buy these bands, and was a bit leery due to the few negative reviews. Well, I can only say I fortunately received what was pictured in the ad, and thus far, I'm content with the product. I've only been using them this month, and the bands have a strong enough resistance to offer a good work-out. It's great that you can double up or clip as many tubes to the handles as your strength increases to add more resistance. It does come with a pamphlet with 10 pics/positions to target specific muscles, but if you're not familiar with 'standard' moves that work specific areas, the pics may not be enough info for the novice to fully understand the action illustrated. However, if you're so inclined you can easily Youtube "resistance bands," and a plethora of exercises specifically for resistance band work-outs are online.Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend the product. The bag/bands are so light and portable, you can take them with you anywhere so there's no excuse not to work-out wherever you go. You can buy the more expensive brands, or you can buy these ones. These ones were lower-priced and do the exact same thing as the ones I used at my gym. Great investment, in my opinion.

Economic Bands are a good starter system. Easily use them in your living room in front of the TV. They look a little flimsy, but so far have taken some major stretching during my workout. I imagine they should last if stored properly and used as recommended.

I purchased these bands to use with my first round of P90X workouts. I wanted to try to save money buy not buying the Beachbody set that goes with P90X. After less than 2 months I ended up buying the Beachbody set anyway because this entire set had all had broken. The first 2 had broke after using them just 2 times. The last one had actually broken in the middle of a workout and ended up snapping back and slapping me across the face and chest - OUCH!!! Not only were they very easily breakable but the strengths were REALLY weak - to the point that I had to double the bands for most of my workouts.My advise, save yourself the money and just buy a really good set - these aren't worth the postage it took to mail them...

These bands shipped fast and appeared to be of decent quality even tho they were on the thin side. I used them twice and on the third workout snap!!! The band whipped around and slapped me in my back. The band itself was ok but the clip that holds the D-ring and the strap that is inside the handle both broke. Like I said the bands are of decent quality but the clips and straps need to be constructed better. I was only using the green and yellow bands ( the 2 lightest in resistance ). You get what you pay for I should have known better.

I purchased the Wacces Resistance Bands 11 pc set in order to do physical therapy resistance exercises due to a torn rotator cuff in hopes of foregoing surgery. I had developed a frozen shoulder, and my physical therapist developed a well balanced routine of stretching so as to alleviate the tightened muscles and help me develop more strength. These bands are very well made and I believe are of a higher quality than the ones at my PT office, but of course the ones there are older and put to rigorous use daily. This set has the door strap to hold it in plce and the handles are well made, and comfortable. I am back to 99% so I know they have helped.

They are good for the cost

For the price you cant beat this set of bands. I bought it so I could do hamstring and select shoulder exercises that would otherwise require me to buy a gym membership or equipment. There are endless ways that you can workout your body with this set. I have been body building for about a year now; Like many others I have neglected a few muscles those being hamstrings and shoulders. These bands used with the door-mount allow me to do hamstring curls which are great. This set also became my travel gym, I can do a light full-body workout with just this set alone, and it is very compact. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the handles rub against the sides of your hands.
