Unlike so many lunch boxes on the market, this one works and keeps the food warm. It seems to be a well made functional product which is easy to carry in the cover that comes along with. Lastly, the seller shipped us a new replacement lid, free of charge after the original one got cracked when someone stepped on it accidentally in the school cafeteria. A good product becomes better when the seller stands behinds it!

Though the product kept the food warm initially, it breaks very easily. First, the cover cracked and now one of the clasps has broken off. Without this clasp, the box doesn't seal properly. Now the food cannot be kept warm either. Cheaply made. Lille Home doesn't respond to customer complaints about quality and durability of the products they sell. Do not buy.

This item did not keep food cold. I left the house at seven and by noon everything was room temperature, even with using cooler that it comes with. I did fill it with ice water first to pre-cool it and the food that went into it was already cold, so there’s really no excuse for it not working. However, the size and shape is absolutely perfect and it was leakproof. It would be exactly what I am looking for if it could just maintain the temperature of the food! I haven’t tried it with hot food yet, but would expect the same results I got with trying to keep food cold. If you’re just looking for a really nice lunch container and are not worried about maintaining the temperature of your food, then this would be a good choice.

Despite following hand-wash instructions, the plastic cover has gotten a crack right in the middle within just a few weeks of using it. Unsure if it is from hot food or from regular everyday use. But it is now essentially a pyrex container :)

In use it for school lunches and it keeps food warm. A very nice item, because my child brings it home every day and does not loosen it or forget it at school like prior lunch boxes, which is in indicator that he likes it and cares for it and wants to keep using it. It looks very nice in the case and by itself. Dishwasher safe. Would buy it again.

Worked ok in the beginning. Food was not hot but warm after 3 hours. Heating container with hot water before packing with piping hot food. The latches are not durable and break easily. The lid cracks easily. Found better ones at Walmart

This is the only insulated lunch box that keeps my son’s lunch semi warm. Food is in there from 5:30 am to 11:00 when he has lunch at school. That’s 5 and a half hours, so I can expect a miracle. The trick is to add boiling water to and let it sit for a minute. Dump the water and add your hot food. If you don’t preheat the container, it’s not going get the job done.

The plastic lid broke in just few days. It did not even keep the food warm. Stay away from this product. It is just a cheap plastic waste. I have a stainless steel lunch box which is so durable for the last 5 years. I bought this lunch box thinking it would keep the food warm, but it is a terrible product. Stay away. Get a nice stainless steel lunch box instead!
