This bike met all expectations for our four year old grandson. The bike was not difficult to put together which was a plus. There was one bolt missing to hold the water bottle. I reached out to Joystar customer service and they mailed the bolt to me. Very easy to work with!

These bikes are GORGEOUS! They are heavy duty made but also heavy but I still choose them because they will last such a long time! Even with the bent tire front wheel issue, they fixed it for me and they can now enjoy their bikes! Love all the accessories that came with it as well!

Our 5 (and 3/4) year old granddaughter LOVED this bike, and was up and riding it immediately (she had only ridden trikes and scooters before). The bike stays with us on the East coast. She may get the same bike delivered to her home on the West coast for her birthday in 3 months. With two grandsons in the wings (7 months and 19 months), the bright blue color should make it an excellent hand-me-down when they’re ready to step up.

Don’t waste your money. I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas and they sent me the wrong color bicycle. The parts felt cheap and the front brakes keep going out.

I fell in love with this model at first sight! It arrived quickly and seemed easy to assemble (that said, an experienced family member needed to fine tune the application of the hand brake). Make certain you have access to a bicycle pump! A very nice first bicycle.

Es el regalo perfecto para mi niño de 5 años. Rodada 14''. Llego antes de tiempo, en impecables condiciones, bien protegida y el embalaje no presentaba daño alguno. Facil de armar y el material es de buena calidad. Definitivamente es la medida correcta, si estan por dar el paso para una bicicleta pequeña, es la indicada. La de 16'' hubiese quedado muy grande y pesada para un niño de 5 años. La volveria a comprar sin dudas!

The bicycle is really good and my daughter is very happy with it. I wish I could give it five stars. However, the one of the support wheels was bent after 3rd use. I contacted the seller and they provided the replacement without an issue but it took them 2 weeks to send it.
