A Tasty and Effective Way to Boost My Omega-3 Intake!
After using the lemon-flavored Omega-3 oil for while now, I can confidently say it’s been a positive addition to my daily routine. While I don’t typically expect much excitement from a supplement like this, I’ve been genuinely impressed with how easy it has been to take. What I Loved: Pleasant Lemon Flavor: The lemon flavor is a game-changer. I’ve tried several Omega-3 oils before, and the fishy aftertaste always bothered me. However, this version has a subtle citrus flavor that’s refreshing and makes it much easier to take. There’s no strong fishy taste, and I appreciate that I can take it without any discomfort or bad aftertaste. No Digestive Issues: One of the biggest concerns I’ve had with other fish oils in the past is stomach upset, but this one has been gentle on my stomach. No indigestion, no burping—it’s been smooth from start to finish. This alone makes it stand out compared to some other options I’ve tried. Feels Like a Good Supplement: While it’s hard to pinpoint exact changes, I do feel like it’s contributing positively to my overall well-being. I’ve felt a steady boost in my energy and focus, and I’m confident the Omega-3s are playing a role in that. I’ve also noticed a slight improvement in my joint flexibility, which I wasn’t expecting. High Quality: The quality of this product is evident. It feels like a premium supplement, and I’ve had no concerns about the source or purity of the oil. The product seems to deliver what it promises without any artificial additives or unpleasant surprises. What Could Be Better: Price: The only thing that stands out is the price—it is a bit higher than some other Omega-3 oils on the market. However, given the taste, quality, and the fact that it’s easy on my stomach, I don’t mind the extra cost too much. Final Thoughts: Overall, I’m giving Nordic Naturals Omega-3 in lemon flavor a solid 5 stars. It’s a high-quality product that’s easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and has a pleasant flavor that makes taking fish oil something I actually look forward to. While the price might be a little high, it’s worth it for the quality and comfort this product offers. It’s been a great addition to my daily health routine.

Best Omega-3 product.
This is the best Omega-3 product I am aware of. Why change? No fishy taste, no nothing, except the goodness from a product that are as pure as they claim. It takes care of joint pain, no more foggy brain, muscle pain is gone.

Very Mild Taste
I am giving this product an initial 5 star review. This is based primarily on the taste and the fact that the fish oil arrived on time and well packaged. From the other reviews I read, the taste is a big issue for people. I find the taste to be VERY mild and thus the oil is easy to consume. I will try to remember to update this post in about a year, after my annual doctor's check up, to see if it is effective in lowering my triglycerides.

Fish oil that tastes like fish oil
I feel like I need to warn you all that this tastes like fish oil. It seems to be a high quality product and I love that it doesn't have any unnecessary ingredients, but I have been consistently taking it for a few months and I struggle to swallow it every time I take a dose. I am not a picky eater or sensitive to different flavors in any way (I actually love flavors that many people find repulsive). You will also burp up fish oil so be sure to take it before a meal to help with that a little. I love to eat oily fish so I didn't think I would care too much about guzzling fish oil, but it is pretty off-putting. I am making it work, but this is fish oil, people! It is pretty gross.

Doesn't taste bad at all!
Ok, if you're here you are probably worried about the "fish burps" or "fish smell" or anything that would turn you off from Fish Oil supplements. Let me cut to the chase, this has NONE. It tastes more like lemon oil than anything else, which ain't the greatest thing to eat but at least it's not fish flavored (especially when I take that in the morning which would be horrible). So, for flavor I'll give them a 5 stars to have managed to completely eradicate the fish flavor out. Very impressive. As for the amount of Omega 3, this has a LOT! And since it's in liquid form, it also is absorbed better than capsules or whatever other method. It also comes from deep sea fishes (anchovies, sardines, mackerels and herrings) which is the BEST source for Omega 3. It's a bit of an annoyance to pour onto a spoon however since it can go everywhere and spill on your countertops. So, what I personally do? I keep my own bottle in the fridge and each morning take a swing of the bottle straight from the tap. I'm not sure I'm getting the proportions exactly right, but I've been doing it for months and I don't feel like measuring to the precise ML. That way there's zero mess, it's my bottle, stays fresh and it's fast and easy to get when my day starts. I'd advice the same method. If you have other members of your family that wants Omega 3, let them get their own bottle and label them appropriately. I get the bigger bottle (16 FL OZ) since it's a better value. Cheers Nordic Naturals!

I bought this for my son, but he only got to use it for two days. Unfortunately, the bottle was made of glass, and it fell from his hand and broke. My son really liked the taste of it. Even though I spent a good amount of money on it, I couldn't use it much. However, the product itself was of good quality and effective. I recommend it to everyone, but please keep it out of reach of children due to the glass bottle.
