They are very comfortable and take my foot pain away

I just had surgery in December to remove a bunion & re-align my big toe. Doctor told me to use orthotics so the bunion doesn’t return. I have small feet so I had to trim the length down. I worked in a pharmacy & we sold these. These were recommended by all 4 podiatrist in the building.

As someone with painfully high arches i can say that these are truly supportive and comfortable. I do not have the pain with walking that i used to have. I definitely recommend giving these a try to anyone with arch issues.

I needed arch support in my dress flats but most supports out there have the heel cup/cushion which makes shoes fall off my feet. The stand-alone arch support inserts are invariably too stiff and high for me. The Spenco RX Arch Cushion has a flat heel area and is soft without compromising support. I had to trim a lot on the side and in the toe area because I have small feet, but otherwise this has been great.

These are fantastic for soothing foot pain. Still not sure what is wrong (Dr. is diagnosing) but these really help a lot.

I used these for a pair of cowboy boots that were too wide for me. They now fit perfect!
