Does this sauce need to be refrigerated after opening?

According to the packaging, it can keep for 3 weeks without being refrigerated. I put mine in the refrigerator door. It was simply delicious. Use it at our daughters wedding. It was a hit!

Is this dark, milk, or bittersweet chocolate? Thanks!

Its tastes like a mixture of Dark and Milk chocolate. I would warn you though, its a little sticky, so it doesn't pour out from the bottle easily (like ketchup), however the pump should work fine. I don’t use the pump since the directions mention disassembling and cleaning the pump every 24 hours.

What is the shelf life after opening?

The jug says once open, use within 3 weeks. That's not possible for me. But the pump seems to seal when not in use, and the product seemed fine longer. The doesn't empty the jug, and it doesn't pour, so I sat it in warm water, poured into a sealable jar, and into the refrigerator.
