Dogs love this treat.
It is two treats in one. It takes dogs a little while to enjoy, as opposed to many treats that they consume immediately.

Great price for a treat
She seems to like these but she’s gotten into the habit of eating the red part and leaving the bone hide for trash.

Always supervise what you give your pet.
My canines find these to be satisfying and a special treat. We give these to our Dobermans as a reward. They are digestible and agree with our canines. We have ordered this product many times throughout the years without any problems. The size of the sticks do vary from very small to pencil size in diameter.

Chew toy and treat in one package!
I get my dog a wide variety of treats and snacks and these are a pup-favorite. She's always super happy to have one and it takes her a minute to rip it up and eat it. I've got a large dog that just inhales most treats but these give her the added entertainment of getting to chew something apart.

Next best thing to Hartz dental chews.
These are a close second to Hartz dental chews that were discontinued.

tariff prices
Dingo brand dog treats are manufactured by Spectrum Brands, specifically under their "Global Pet Care" division. They acquired the brand through their subsidiary, United Pet Group. The drastic price increase you are seeing (jumping from ~$7 to ~$15 for a 50-pack) is not just standard inflation; it is the result of a specific supply chain strategy Spectrum Brands implemented in late 2024 and throughout 2025. Here is the breakdown of why the price doubled: 1. The "China Import" Pause In 2025, Spectrum Brands halted virtually all shipments of pet products from China to the U.S. for several weeks. This was a reaction to trade policy changes where tariffs on Chinese imports were threatening to rise to as high as 145%. The Consequence: To avoid paying these massive taxes, they stopped bringing inventory in, creating a shortage. When supply drops but demand stays the same, prices naturally spike. 2. Supply Chain Diversification Because of the tariff threat, the company is currently moving its manufacturing base away from China to other countries (like Vietnam or Cambodia) and domestic facilities. The Consequence: Moving factories is expensive and slow. During this transition period, their costs are higher, and they have passed those costs directly to the consumer through what they call "pricing actions" in their financial reports. 3. Retailer "Stop Shipments" During price negotiations with big retailers (like Walmart, Target, and Amazon), Spectrum Brands actually stopped shipping products to them for a period until the retailers agreed to the higher prices. The Consequence: You are now seeing the result of those negotiations: the "new normal" price of ~$15 reflects the higher cost of manufacturing outside of China and the tariff mitigations. Summary: The $7.04 price you were used to was likely based on the old, stable Chinese supply chain. The $15 price reflects the new, more expensive manufacturing reality Spectrum Brands has set up to avoid future tariffs.

My pug likes these and they keep him busy for about 15-20 minutes. Like with most objects/food, I do not give these to my pug unsupervised as it can be sharp. So far no issues.
