Aqua Care Lotion for Dry Skin - 8 oz, Pack of 4

As is others experienced, the bottle tops were not tightly sealed and lotion had leaked all over the inside of the bag. An entire bottle had leaked, plus some of the others. Aquacare is THE VERY BEST lotion for dry skin! Expensive for a reason. This vendor needs to re-think its shipping practices.

This vendor wrapped the bottles in bubble wrap and double-boxed as well. However, someone forgot to tighten the tops! Three tops were not even hand tight and two leaked, shown in picture. Maybe choose another vendor?? As to product: have been using it for decades. Really. Nothing comes close in effectiveness. I used to have bloody cracks in my hands all winter long no matter what lotion I tried. No more. This is the real solution!

Maker changed formula, new formula is too watery and quite pitiful. My wife has used Aqua Care for nearly 25 years. The 10% Urea formula was terrific. Please go back to the original formula. Thanks

Aqua Care provides the moisturizing that I need

They seem to have changed the product package, and unlike what is in the picture, it does not come with a dispenser pump on the top. Instead it has a flip top. . See my photo. I guess this is to address the numerous shipping issues, but they could have included a dispenser separately. Having to pour out/squeeze out the lotion is not the same as using the pump. The product however is excellent and probably the best out there for 10% urea. I have been using this product for more than a decade. I have very dry skin, and after trying numerous others over many years, finally found this to be the best. I wish they solve the packaging problem better - provide a dispenser pump and make sure that it does not open out during shipping.

Product is fine, have used it for years. Hard to find in stores. Have ordered it numerous times from Amazon and drugstores. Usually, the dispenser is locked in the depressed position and taped so that it can't pop up and start dispensing during shipping. Not this time. Arrived loose in a plastic shipping bag, all of the plungers were unlocked. The inside of the bag and lotion bottles were covered with lotion. I'll think twice about ordering this from Amazon in the future.

The product came with the bottle open and product was spilling out not happy because I love the lotion and it very expensive

I see many others are just as disappointed as I am.. As a decades long user of this product, I was stunned when I received my last order. I noticed they were using a new cap, seems that they removed the old "trigger" application, poured out 1/2 the bottle, refilled it with water, then put a new cap on. Product is now a runny, diluted mess. What has happened to this once great product!?!?
