These crackers are delicious. I wishe the can hadn’t arrived smashed rendering a quarter of the crackers into crumbs

As other purchasers have mentioned, a lot of the crackers arrived crushed in the tin. So I was expecting that. It wasn’t upsetting to me because I was planning on using most of the crackers for crushing as a cooking ingredient anyway.However, I was unhappy that the tin itself was crushed in four places… the lid and the container in several spots.I checked into getting an exchange for an undamaged product or refund, but they do not offer a refund or a replacement at all.

I originally bought the 16oz tin at a store and loved this cracker with the individually sealed packs and the size and freshness. I wanted more so I bought the 28oz tin (794grams) because it was $2 cheaper than the 16oz. What a disaster. No separately wrapped crackers, less than 10% were whole crackers (mostly bits and pieces) and definitely far from being close to fresh with some of the crackers being burned on the ends from over baking. Might be worth it for soup at $3.

Love the tin, love the flavor and quality. Only thing we didn’t like was the crackers often arrived in broken pieces.

Tastes like average saltines. Came in a tin can. Perforated, but don't break on the perforation.Shipped in a box without any bubble wrap or inner corrugated paper to protect against breaking. So, about 10 to 15% of the product is crumbs.

I love these crackers but they are not packaged well at all and half of them come crushed. The second laid off crackers really have allot of broken crushed crackers. They need to Bible wrap the tins. How can we request better shipping?
