Great quality for a birthday balloon arrangement

They were perfect!

I was disappointed to see that one of the balloons was 27 inches which was WAY TOO BIG and would have used up my helium tank on ONE balloon so I did not use it. I should have paid closer attention to the size but the other four were normal/standard size and looked great.

The small foil balloons were wonderful. However, we were unable to use the big balloon, it was sealed shut & completely unable to be blown up. We still used it for decoration but was quite disappointed. If we blew that big one up, it would be huuuge!! The small ones are still holding helium even 2 days after they were first blown up.

Unfortunately took them in to party store to have them filled and none of them held helium. Super disappointed as the party is tomorrow and no time to reorder.
