This tail came with a child size elastic strap to wear around the waist. I was able to cut it off and use the felt fabric that the tail was mounted on, and pin it to my hubby's costume pants in the back near the waistband, to complete his homemade Flying Monkey costume for a costume party. The tail also has a wire nicely sewn inside, so I could shape the tail to curl up however I wanted. It’s going in the costume tote for the next Monkey!

My autistic son has been semi-obsessed with the tail on his Sorcerer Mickey plush animal and I figured he'd have fun with this. I was right! I walked into his room wearing it and he immediately stopped what he was doing and ran over to check it out. I took it off and he put it on and left it on the rest of the day and showed it to my wife the instant she pulled into the driveway. I'm pretty sure he's wear it when we go out to do stuff or to school if we let him, but he understands the limits.Anyway, it seems well made and it looks exactly like Mickey's tail (there are LOTS of different kinds of costume tails to choose from on Amazon), so it was perfect for him. And you can't beat the price so that even if he didn't go for it you haven't lost that much money.I would recommend.

The price was good the product was ok for a kid.The tail bent pretty well but did not do well with keeping the position we placed it, it would droop down quite quickly.

The tail is sewn with great quality, but the wire on the inside doesnt hold the tail in place too well.

Works well, best for those at/under women's size 18 (US). Had to cut the waistband to fit into it but can attach it another way next year. Love that it has a little curl to it but it doesn't bend/stand up like it had wire in it.

Metal wire in tail allows kid to shape it. Held up well to rough play. Belt is a bit large so we tied a bit in it. It came down to just touch the floor on 5yr old

Title says it all. Can't recommend. Not stretchy.
