i have great poops now lol. this is weird, but i love to look into the toilet to see how much came out. i am wow'ed every time lol. but be careful with how much you use. if you take one daily for a week, maybe only take 1 every 3 or 4 days after that, or you might start pooping too much or have diarrhea. i think this has improved gut health alot, which i believe has been putting me in a much better mood as well. 10/10.

I took these for a while. Not too bad. I mixed the powder in a drink instead of taking the whole capsule. They seemed to be similar quality and potency to other enzymes in this price range

Good value and actually works

Got these to help me adapt to the food on my trip to Mexico. Overall had no issues so I guess they worked! The size makes them easy to swallow and no harsh taste. I would use these again.
