Blue Handworks Ocean Waterfall Glass and Driftwood Chime, Sandblasted Glass and Found Wood Handcrafted Wind Chime

I live in Seattle and we get a lot of rain and storms. I bought one of these maybe 5 years ago, hung it up outside, and it has survived rain, wind, snow, and even the occasional hail. It still looks beautiful through it all. Only problem was we had a very severe wind storm a few months ago which actually blew it out of the tree (had it on an S hook) and about 4 of the leaves broke. It's been through other wind storms and survived fine, but falling was too much for it. It still looks good, and I'm going to hang it back up, but I'm buying a second one because I love it so much and don't want to be without one. I love the soft tinkling of the glass too. The glass is colored glass and I've seen no fading or flaking. Mine is 9" wide, 6" from the hanging ring to the driftwood, and 15" from the driftwood to the bottom leaf point. I consider it a substantial size! I really love it. Here are pictures, and you might notice the leaves that were broken in the fall. Also, measured it for you.

PRO: color/style, sound, ship/packaging CON: thin strings, some chipped pieces, price. I purchased Blue Handworks sandblasted glass chimes previously (rectangular glass pieces), but it took a strong breeze to make the heavy glass move. However, I loved the sound so much that I took a chance with this model and I am very happy. The smaller leaf pieces are closer together and make the 'clink' noise with gentle breeze. Be warned, there were small chips on the glass pieces. Not a deal breaker. The item was packed extremely well. I sprayed (as suggested) with PU to protect the color from the harsh sun. I would purchase this again. Recommend.

The chimes are beautiful , well made and sturdy, i have had them outside for a few weeks now and they have not faded or chipped.. The glass chimes were packed carefully , each section was individually wrapped to ensure nothing was broken during shipping.. i would purchase this again, its very pretty, the sound they make is relaxing.

Certainly the product is the same in color and sound, however the width and length are not. The new one is much shorter in length although the sound is the same. The overall size of my first one was what truly caught my attention. It does not disappoint in the beautiful sound that it makes in the breeze.

Love this!! I placed it indoors handing from my bedroom window.. Looks so good when sun shines through it.

This looks and sounds so pretty. I had it in my Amazon cart for over a year and it went on sale so I bought it. It arrived way faster than the expected delivery date! I’m in love with it!

The photo is a great depiction of what you get but until you receive it you are left wondering if it clinks or thunks. It clinks in a lovely way. I’m thrilled and can’t wait to put it up in my new loft space

The inly thing that would be nicer is the wood. It would be nicer as drift wood and this is just an aged wood. The glass is pretty though and makes a pretty sound in the wind.
