My mom had a full abdominal hysterectomy and this faja has been great for her recovery. She is about 5ft 150lbs and got a size medium. The side zipper helps so much so she doesn’t have to put pressure down the middle. She said she has a good compression not over tight and easy to slip into. The thighs are a little tight but not crazy tight. Definitely recommended.

Very similar to the one I was given at the doctor office and great quality. I started with XL at 12 days after surgery but it started feeling loose, and I was sleeping with a binder because I washed and dried the faja overnight, so I decided to get an affordable one on Amazon as extra. I was undecided about the size, but I took the risk, after all it can be returned. I am 4 weeks post op and of course, still very swollen, my bust is 36 in, my waist is 30 in, and hips 40 in. Based on their chart my size would be M, but I need room for a foam board and I don't want to feel miserable all day, so I got L. It wasnt so hard to put on, of course, I had to squeeze myself a lot, but that's the point, compression. I will for sure to get a M size after a few more weeks since I am planning on wearing my garments for a few months.

My hips are 36” and they claim I can wear a small. That is laughable. I got a medium and still could not pull this thing over my hips. Or even over my thighs. Meanwhile I can wear small spanx and size 6-8 in every clothing brand.Naturally I threw away the packaging thinking “all my other shapewear fits this should too especially since I went up a size”Talk about mad.

This was purchased for after an abdominoplasty. It’s an excellent, extremely high quality garment with the perfect amount of compression. The straps are adjustable and removable. The crotch has an opening and room for easily using the restroom. It takes a lot of effort and energy to get it on, but that’s the type of compression you want after surgery. Easy to sleep in. Great product all around. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the size description is completely wrong, even though it advises it’s frequently returned, they haven’t bothered to fix the sizing error. I used the size guide that pops up. Waist 32 and hips 43. It said MEDIUM. There is no way I was getting that thing on, even though the packaging says to watch a video on how to get it on and that it’s not a size issue. Well it is a size description issue on their end. Look further in the description (hit read more) and the manufacturer gives you the hip size. Go with that. It put me at an XL. Hope this helps someone else avoid the hassle that comes with a return!

I had surgery 3 weeks ago on my abdomen doing a Try sculpt and an Apex, the first garment I received from the surgery was just a small one with snaps and honestly this snaps are so uncomfortable. So when I ordered this one and saw it had a zipper I thought win win. I went back for my second follow up visit and I was able to get two more garments, but I still kept this one thinking. OK it’s a size down. I’ll just use it when I open it to look at it. I saw it had snaps and a zipper it’s not that bad. It’s just not for everyone not for me snaps don’t bother you. I say it’s perfect for me. It just wasn’t plus I had already received two more garments from my place that I got my procedure done so I don’t have anything negative to say about it. It’s just might not be for everyone so read everything the comments really look it over and make sure it’s for you simply because it’s kind of pricey , I love Amazon and I love the way they treat your customers. They’re so good. Hope this helps.

First time I ordered it was too small. I guess I am a size 8 or 10 now. It was agonizingly painful experience but I looked super snatched. The next one fit and it worked so well.

After my tummy tuck on April 1, I purchased several fajas to wear for 3 months every day for 23 hours. I even slept in it. This one is really nice. It's comfortable, fits well and really helped with the swelling. The only thing that annoyed me at first, was the snaps in the crotch. If you have tummy surgery, you can't be bending over to hook and unhook this thing. Snaps would have been far easier. I hated having to go to the bathroom because I didn't want to have to deal with these stupid hooks. But the good news is, that after a while (for me it was a few weeks), you will get the hang of it and it will be a snap (pun intended). Definitely a good buy if you had lipo and/or a tummy tuck. I had both and i'm ready for the summer!

So much was wrong with this. Bought for compression after a mommy makeover. The zipper made intentions in my stomach, the straps dug into my shoulders so we removed those. The whole in the crotch is just a huge no. If it had a snap crotch I probably would have been ok with the other stuff.

This product is pricey compared to other sites, but can't fault the quality.
