I love ginger. Been just getting into dark chocolate so decided to try dark chocolate with stuff in it. The ginger is noticeable but not strong. Has the hint of spice and bite I am looking for. Personally I could use more ginger in this. But it is good, and I will buy more. I typically just eat 2-3 squares at a time. Gives me a nice little treat, and pretty healthy one at that. Pricy at $4.87 (I bought it a few days ago at $4.27, so it had raised quite a bit), but I dont rate on price. Though I may refrain from ordering more if price is still high.

I intend to purchase this product again. As an enthusiast of mint and dark chocolate, I find this to be an excellent combination of both flavors. The price is reasonable considering the quality of ingredients. The only area where it melts is in my mouth; therefore, if the reference to “meltability” implies melting it over heat, I cannot provide a comment on that aspect. I contemplate gifting it as well, but generally consume it before the gift is given.
