Works as described to get hot tea to work in my commuter bag without spilling. Stays hot and is easy to disassemble and wash. Mine came loose in a paper bag package, with the smallest dent and it had a smudge of something gummy on it. It washed off and the dent is too small to trifle with. Just annoying.

Perfect tea infuser! Outside is a smooth, matte texture, inside is a durable stainless steel, cool to the touch. Bottle is a tiny bit long, but not too wide, perfect for smaller hands. Stainless steel infuser is easy to take in and out of the bottle. Takes just a few minutes to brew tea. Flavor is perfect, easy to wash and clean as well! Buying another one for my mother, who can't keep her hands off mine!

Nice concept and functionality. The tea insert is good quality and easy to clean with a toothbrush. The quality of the exterior is not the best. The colored surface is peeling after a few months and stains easily. I would buy again, but a stainless exterior might last longer. I would also get one larger than the 16.9 oz. Tea stays warm for several hours, however other brands maintain temperature longer.

I bought this because my favorite Chinese restaurant doesn't serve tea (I know, weird). A waited showed me a similar thermos he had and I ordered this one. Easy to use and keeps tea hot.

I have a lot of thermos flasks and this is the best of the lot. Quality is very good, the filter sits very nicely in the flask when it clicks in. It's a good size, easy to put in the tote bag and bring it everywhere with you. Drinks remain hot for many hours. After buying one, I found it so good that I bought another 2 more to give as gifts. Except for the colour, the ones I have do not have the same design as that shown in the website, which I'm fine with. Highly recommended!
