Gluten free!
Could bake using this flour in place of my regular flour for friends that need Gluten free. The pastries retain their original flavors...cookies, crisps, etc.

Best Quaker Oats
I grew up eating Quaker Oatmeal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and wanted to try the gluten-free but, at the other grocer's, it is expensive just for the small size and not worth the price so I am happy to see Quaker Oats(Gluten-Free) at a value for the price and more for your money. Great oatmeal. More convenient for me to order than two to to Trade Joe's. The quality of they oatmeal is great. It is a little pricey but worth it
