Sweet, delicious, just what I needed.
Made the mistake of putting 1 scoop in my coffee ( scoop comes with the box) this is very sweet powder !! As I’m struggling to cut out sugar, this stuff is really good, I think one scoop is probably about a heaped tablespoon of sugar, so although the container is small it’s going to go a very long way !! I only wanted pure stevia, without all the nasty other sweeteners . I’m very happy with this item, haven’t tried cooking with it yet, but can’t see there being a problem, I’m going to have to find this in pill form as taking the power out to a cafe would be a pain.

Not perfect but a great substitute
I have a very large mug of tea first thing, I usually about 1.25 heaped teaspoons of sugar in. Just one level teaspoon of the tiny plastic teaspoon you get with this tiny container is too sweet. So be careful, start low and add more if needed. That said, putting it in after makes it trickier to dissolve. The flavour is really good but not the same as sugar, it's sweet but slightly different. I'm very happy though as without sugar my tea is yuck! So this is a really good compromise. Happy to keep using it. And not just in my tea!

Good product but poor packaging and has handling problems
I have bought this product twice already and I like it and tea, coffee, ceress and cereals. It is indeed very sweet and does not have a bitter aftertaste. However it does have one major problem, or rather two and the vendors should look into this. The powder is extremely fine and it does not handle easily. It sticks onto the little spoon and invariably some of it gets wasted as a result. It is very easy to spell because the kind of bottle and if it is packaged is not the right size. Furthermore, the spoon that is provided with it is utterly useless. It’s far too big and it should be something that could stay inside the jar. If the vendors packaged this product in a slightly narrower and taller jar the spoon could stay inside. The spoon should be redesigned. The extremely fine powder does not handle well.

I doubt this is pure Stevia
I doubt this is pure Stevia because in cold drinks I can taste a metallic taste same as tasting it raw and it kind of lingers on the tongue so maybe it has been cut with artificial/synthetic sweeteners (which are bad for you) The sweetness is more than enough so a little goes a long way but in hot drinks you can not taste the metallic.

Sweet freedom.
Okay, I get all of the negative experiences of some here. Here is my good experience. Straight off the bat, I took the suggestion of one customer who found that the little container was awkward to access and had the puff of powder on opening and close without the puff of powder, I had my little screw lidded glass jar ready to deal with this even though some of the powder which seemed statically charged and clung on to the plastic container’s crevices. Once transferred it has been fine. I do not happen to need sugar in tea or coffee so I cannot make a judgement on this. I purchased this for culinary purposes. However I would add that during the transfer to the glass jar, my thumb got a very fine coating so I cautiously liked it, I found no fault as others have but then we all are sensitive in differing ways - I can not imagine not liking sprouts as many do, many people cannot understand my very strong aversion to parsnips.I have a micro scale that deals in .00 grams, one little spoon of this weighs 0.14 grams with the sweetening power of 470 grams of sugar power. This meant that even these scales would not measure for recipes requiring say 50 grams of sugar or erithratol. So I just envisaged what a tenth of this weeny spoon would look like and took my chances in my first experiment with a recipe for coffee pana cotta - got the sweetness just right first time. I have not detected any weird bitter after taste as with 000 stevia. The result was just as if sugar was used. I whooped in delight, this was freedom to have the odd sweet tasting treat on my low carb diet. I am itching to try out my keto recipe for tiramisu without resorting to erythritol etc.So far my experience is good. No big bags of sugar or other sweeteners to store. A one off payment for the sweetness of many bags. If I encounter any pit falls I will report back again.

Taste not to my liking.
The item was delivered quickly enough. I'd tried Stevia many years ago but did noy like the taste. I decided to give this 100% pure version a try - but I still did not like the taste. I'm sure there are many who will be quite happy with how it tastes - but it's not for me.

I WAS DESPERATE!
After using an organic product in Spain and Moving to UK in July, imagine my disappointment when i could no longer buy my Spanish version in the UK. After trying about 10 different versions I found this one.Firstly i was shocked at how bad the packaging is, so be ultra careful trying to get into it!However the huge plus outweighing the useless packaging was the contents! I was using 16 drops of regular stevia to get my sweetness level in coffee! With this i need about 1/3 of the tiniest spoon known to man supplied with the product. I would however suggest having used this now for over 1 month supplying a much smaller spoon equivilent to a tsp of sugar. It is very difficult to guage around 1/3 of the supplied spoon which is equivilent in my view to about 3 tsp of sugar. If the spoon was about 1/4 of its current size users would be over the moon and continue to love this FABULOUS stevia product.Well done whoever made this pure Stevia. It is a joy to use and despite the horrendous packaging I will eagerly be buying again when and if i ever get through the 25g.👍😁

The best sugar alternative
Thankgod for stevia! It was hard to find a pure stevia product most were mixes of stevia with other products. At first I missed sugar especially in my coffee but overtime I've got used to using stevia and actually like it. It's a small bottle however you need such tiny amount. I use it for making cheesecake and put tiny bit in my almond milk and gives me that tiny hint of sweetness that I need. I've tried other sweetners but I found stevia to be the best sugar replacement. Overall I'm just glad I was able to get off the sugar as was really affecting my health especially with pcos so stevia has helped loads with my sweet tooth.
