The tea is works as a charm , I sleep for the whole night . My HRV is increased from 68 to 75 consistently when Im drinking the tea, but often Im waking up with a headache, similar to what I've got from melatonin.

I been drinking this tea and it seems to help me sleep. I like it and I think it does help. Blessing to ya'll.
