I installed this for a Toto Maris on a Geberit 111.335.00.5 on porcelain tile. The tile was not perfectly straight on the wall, so installing the toilet directly on the wall would have been a recipe for disaster.The nice thing about this set is that it also comes with rubber sleeves for the rods (these things should have been included with the toilet, or the carrier, shouldn't they?). As such, I had no problem tightening the nuts a little more as the inserts also protect between the washer and the toilet.The price is very good too, so all in all 5 stars!

Perfect fit. I put it in because I wanted a cushion between toilet bowl and wall. Wall behind toilet bowl is cedar (very soft). Also quiets down toilet noise. Easy install and trim.

This fits perfectly Duravit bowls. This is better priced alternative to a Duravit noise reduction gasket.

I thought the price was high for a piece of foam. It also comes with inserts for the threaded rods, with rubber gaskets. With this kit, you won't be tightening the nuts that hold your toilet bowl directly onto the porcelain. Since I didn't install it without as well, I can't speak for how much sound deadening it provides, but it's much quieter than our previous free-standing toilet was.

Jesus Murphy this thing it is nice just a thick piece of foam but really they should be supplied with the toilet unit not an option. Comes with a couple other little wingers there of Hardware bolt liners or something and looks like it's easy to put in and you trim it to fit around your sprcific toilet. Really I would say it's a must for a tile wall

Very dense foam. Worked well to keep toilet stable with minor surface imperfections from a tiled wall. Easy to cut away excess with a utility knife after toilet is installed.
