Don't know if that is good or not
I have been using these capsules for only four days now; however, previously I used the Multi Vivioptal and want to try them all. Truthfully, as with the Multi, I do not see or feel any difference. Don't know if that is good or not. Maybe they are working and keeping me healthy; I don't know; in any event, there are no side effects from either of these supplements. I don't know if there are benefits or not.
