I got these for my fiancé who is a serious bourbon lover. He is thrilled with them. They are heavy and beautiful. Great gift.

These glasses are absolutely beautiful! I gifted them to my husband as part of an anniversary gift and he loves them.

You can tell this is a nice quality glass from the moment you pick t up. The crystal has a great look and shown to eat and it's heft is quickly noticeable from the moment you lift it form the table. If you are going to have a drink after a rough day or with family and friends, you owe it to be out of a nice crystal. This is definitely a fine price of crystal. Now if only it prevented hang overs....

Why you ask? Amazon and others have totally transformed the way we buy almost anything. There is now a vast array of different crystal offerings in the online market place and all of them are right at our finger tips. We can compare and view them all together whether for ideas or for a quick and masterful purchase. We have never had this much selection and variety right in front of us.... 24/7...... It is a luxury Amazon and likes have delivered right into our homes, our offices. I.e.: When you see this much selection, it is easy to get swayed from the high prices of Waterford to the oft interesting plethora of half priced alternatives right in front of us. It is a boon for us shoppers who are always open to a better value for the same basic item. FTR: I come from long line of Waterford families and I do not want to take anything away from them (ever). They have always delivered the goods and certainly have earned and deserve their "king of the hill" reputation. It is my honest observation (not opinion) that no mistake can be made buying Waterford. Waterford is and always will be Waterford! Brilliant, authentic, always sexy and, of course, the long time pride of Ireland. It is just that this new age of shopping has ushered such a vast array of previously unavailable options and alternatives to give buyers a new and distinctive edge in this new age of shopping. Because of this, it is my feeling that we not only have every right to, but perhaps we SHOULD explore some of these options and use them to our advantage, 100% guilt free!
